Service Description
AI Shelf Score provides AI shopping visibility benchmarking, competitive analysis, and optimization services for e-commerce brands. Our services include free preliminary assessments, paid audits, optimization projects, and ongoing monitoring.
Benchmark Methodology
AI Shelf Score is a proprietary commercial benchmark. It is not an official metric issued by OpenAI, Google, Amazon, or any other AI platform. Scores represent observed performance within our defined testing methodology and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future AI recommendation placements.
No Guarantee of Results
While we provide evidence-based recommendations, we cannot guarantee specific improvements in AI recommendation rankings. AI systems are proprietary and dynamic. Results may vary based on platform changes, competitive activity, and other factors outside our control.
Confidentiality
Client reports and benchmark data are confidential. We do not publish client-specific scores, rankings, or findings without explicit written permission. Aggregate, anonymized insights may be used for methodology improvement.
Intellectual Property
The AI Shelf Score methodology, scoring system, and related intellectual property are owned by AI Shelf Score. Clients receive a license to use their individual reports for internal business purposes.
